3. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumer Orders)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging where possible.
- All accessories, manuals, labels, and tags should be included.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot accept returns for:

- Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed

7. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are normally issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that the goods have been sent back.
